Shipping & Returns
With few exceptions items ordered before 12 noon, Pacific Standard Time, will be shipped the same day your order is placed. If you live in California, you will receive your order, in most instances, the next day. If you live anyplace else in the Continental United States, generally speaking, you will receive your order between 1 and 5 business days. If for some reason, we are unable to ship your order, you will be notified by phone or by email.
The best way to ship your order, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS will be determined by our shipping department. Our shipping departments are at one of our 4 distribution centers which are located strategically throughout the United States.
Our $0 Shipping Offer States:
Orders that are over $60.00 and under $300.00, will be shipped for free. A fee of $5.99 will be charged on orders under $60.00.
If you have an order over $300.00, please contact us and we will let you know about shipping costs.
If you want to track your package, contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number.
Sorry, but we do not ship Internationally.
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and if your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, please contact us and we will email you instructions on how to return your merchandise to us.
If you are returning a defective cartridge a replacement cartridge will be sent to you. To start the return process on defective cartridges contact us to let us know that you need a replacement cartridge. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and will fax you a Shipping Call Tag so that you can arrange to have the cartridge picked up by UPS or FedEx to be returned to us. If you have to have your replacement cartridge immediately, a new one will be shipped to you and charged to you and when we receive your original cartridge we will credit your account, including shipping charges if you paid for shipping.
The shipping method used to send you the original cartridge will be used again to send you the replacement cartridge.
Any item that you purchased and do not need has to be returned within 15 days of your purchase. Your purchase must be returned in the same condition you recieved it in, with the original packaging, including manuals, parts, along with your receipts and or packing slip. If you received free shipping the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund and the return shipping is at your own expense. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To start the return process on an item that is in saleable condition contact us for an RMA No. and further shipping instructions.
Please remember, do not return merchandise to us unless your return has been approved and you have an RMA Number, which is a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.*
