Are our prices competitive?

Do you have everything in stock?

We carry a very large inventory of supplies and with few exceptions, we do have what you need, in stock. However, if for some reason we do not have what you need in stock or the cartridge you ordered is on backorder from our vendor and we are unable to supply you with an Eco-Plus Compatible Remanufactured Cartridge, we will fill your order with a comparable cartridge at the same price from other vendors that we have relationships with. Finally, if we are unable to fill your order due to any unforeseen circumstance you will be notified immediately.

What if I can't find what I need on the web site?

If you can not find what you are looking for on our web site, please contact us and we will attempt to find it for you.

After I order, how long does it take to get my order?

Your order will be shipped to you the same day if your order is received by us before 12 noon P.M., Pacific Standard Time. However, if for some reason we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you to let you know by telephone or by email.

Is my credit card information safe and secure?

YES! You can make your purchases with peace of mind. Our web site is secure and to make sure your personal information is safe we do not store it as other companies do. For that reason we ask that you fill out your credit card information each and every time you make a purchase. Additionally, our shopping cart is in compliance with Payment Card Industry Guidelines.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

YES!

What is your return policy?

If by chance you receive a defective cartridge (we don't expect that to happen) we will send you a new one immediately. To receive a replacement cartridge please contact us. After we receive your correspondence we will send you detailed information about receiving your replacement cartridge and how to return the defective cartridge to us. If you need to return your purchase for any other reason, you may do so up to 15 days after the date of your purchase. Your purchase must be returned in the same condition you recieved it in, with the original packaging, including manuals, parts, along with your receipts and or packing slip.
